returns and complaints

The customer (consumer) has the right to withdraw from the sales contract for products purchased in the store within 14 days of receiving them on the terms described in the Act of May 30, 2014. on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014 No. 827). The above-mentioned right cannot be exercised by persons who purchase a given product in connection with their business activity and ask for a VAT invoice to be issued.

In case of return:

Returns are accepted only with a handwritten return form attached to the returned product, which should include information such as:

  • name and surname / company name,
  • order number,
  • address,
  • phone number,
  • e-mail address,
  • product name and quantity,
  • reason for return,
  • bank details to which the payment should be made,
  • Customer’s legible signature

We do not accept parcels sent via cash on delivery or parcel lockers. The method of packaging and transport of returned goods should correspond to the properties of the goods. The product should be properly packed and secured (please wrap the box in paper and then tape it). Failure to comply with the above recommendations will result in the rejection of the complaint regarding the goods.

In the event of a justified complaint, the damaged goods will be repaired or replaced with a new, full-fledged one, and if this is impossible (e.g. due to out of stock), will reimburse all transaction costs incurred by the Customer, unless the Customer chooses another alternative offered to him product, then the costs of the previous transaction will be credited towards the price of the new product.

Transaction costs are refunded by bank transfer.

The Seller will respond to each request immediately, but no later than within 14 days.
